Pre-Event T&C

  • Participants below 12 & above 9 years of age as on 10th December 2023 are eligible for participation in the U-12 Category.
  • Participants below 16 & above 12 years of age as on 10th December 2023 are eligible for participation in the U-16 Category.
  • Parents / Participants must read all details about the tournament before filling up the registration form.
  • Kindly fill all necessary details under “Medical History”. If appropriate information for the same is not shared, the organiser will not be held responsible for any medical emergency that may arise during the course of the event.
  • All forms must be submitted within the timeline stipulated by the organiser, failure to do so can result in non-consideration of participation.
  • Post receipt and review of the duly filled registration form, details will be available on the ŠKODA Single Wicket app for further processes.
  • Participants accompanied by either Parent / Legal Guardian must collect the Tournament Jersey from the pre-assigned ŠKODA dealership prior to the City Trials. Details of the same will be shared on the ŠKODA Single Wicket app by organiser. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of participation.   • Aadhar card must be carried to the dealership to verify the identity of the Participant & Parent.
  • Participating players must carry their own kits and the jersey provided by the organiser at the event.
  • It is mandatory for the player(s) to carry their personal cricket Abdomen Guard and supporters, without which player(s) participation will be affected.
  • Players & Parents must co-operate with the organisers to help run the tournament to the highest possible standards and with the utmost integrity.
  • In case of any suspected or alleged breach of regulations by any participant or respective Parent(s) / Guardian(s) that may impact the integrity of a match or the tournament, the organisers reserve the right to suspend the participation of the player/participant with immediate effect.
  • All Matches shall be played according to the schedule set by the organisers and any changes in the same will be communicated to participants.
  • The Umpires / Selectors decisions will be final and any kind of disagreement with the same will not be entertained.
  • Basic Medical & First Aid facilities will be available at the tournament venue, in case of need.
  • It is mandatory to inform the organisers in case of any unavoidable delay and/or their inability to attend a match/fixture.
  • Parents and Participants are requested to:
    • To comply with the Laws / Rules of the game laid down by the organisers.
    • To respect their opponents and observe the principles of Fair Play on and off the field of play throughout the Tournament.
    • To be responsible for one’s personal belongings & behaviour on and off the field of play throughout the Tournament.
    • To accept all arrangements made by the organisers for the conduct of the Matches.
    • To attend and participate in all Matches as scheduled and organised.
  • All winners will receive their gratifications / prizes on ground only at the ŠKODA SINGLE WICKET National Finals.
  • Indemnity Clause: The Parent confirms that the organisers will not be liable for any kind of injury, loss of life or property of the participant & he/she will take complete responsibility of the participant.

City Trials and City Finals T&C

  • Participating players will be provided kits provided by the organisers at the event. Players are also allowed to use their own Cricket Kits if they want.
  • It is mandatory for the player(s) to carry their personal cricket Abdomen Guard and supporters, without which player(s) participation will be affected.
  • Players & Parents must strictly comply with the tournament Rules and Regulations.
  • Players & Parents must co-operate with the organisers to help run the tournament to the highest possible standards and with the utmost integrity.

Disclaimer

  • Registration for the ŠKODA SINGLE WICKET tournament is free of cost. In case Parents / Participants are requested by any person to pay an entry fee, the same must be brought to the notice of the organisers immediately.
  • If a Parent / Participant is found to have provided fraudulent information during registration, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration.
  • A participant can register only one time for the tournament.
  • Organisers will not / cannot be held responsible for any sort of physical harm / injury / illness that may be caused during the tournament or while playing the game.
  • Organizers will not / cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings that may arise during the tournament or while playing the game.
  • All Prizes & Gratifications are subject to the relevant tax deductions.
  • This Participation / Registration shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Courts at Mumbai shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of this Participation / Registration.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to approve / disapprove a participant’s registration and is not obligated to share any justifications for the same. The Organizer reserves the right to alter / change / modify the tournament format/categories while duly notifying the participants of the same.
